Who they are
P&S Building & Construction is a locally owned builder based in Nowra, working across the Shoalhaven and the Illawarra. They run both sides of the trade: residential renovations covering bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, extensions and decks, and commercial work from retail and office fitouts through to warehouse and industrial projects.
That mix is the hard part for a website. Someone costing a bathroom renovation and someone planning a warehouse are not the same reader, they are not on the same timeline, and they are not looking for the same proof. One page trying to talk to both ends up talking to neither.
The solution
What Webics delivered
Webics designed and built the site on WordPress and Elementor, and split it cleanly down the middle.
Residential and Commercial each get their own path from the top menu. Residential sits above a page for every service they actually offer, so someone searching for a kitchen renovation or a new deck lands on a page about that job rather than on a general services list. Commercial runs as its own track, written for a slower decision and a very different reader.
The home page carries their Google reviews, so the trust sits in front of people before they go looking for it, and the enquiry form on the contact and commercial pages feeds straight through to the team. Yoast handles the on-page SEO across the site.
Webics has hosted P&S since 2012 and still hosts and maintains the site, and in August 2026 added Google Analytics and Search Console so enquiries and search traffic can be counted rather than guessed at.
