Why WooCommerce and not Shopify?+
WooCommerce keeps you in control: you own the site, there are no per-sale platform fees, and it plugs into the WordPress ecosystem the rest of your marketing runs on. Where a client is better served by another platform we say so, but for most Australian small retailers WooCommerce wins on cost and ownership.
Can you move my existing store without losing sales?+
Yes. We stage the new store, migrate products, customers and order history, and cut over at a quiet hour with redirects preserving your Google rankings. The old store keeps trading until the moment the new one takes over.
Will I be able to manage it myself?+
That is a requirement of how we build, not an optional extra. Every store is handed over with training and written documentation, and most clients are adding products the same day.
