Lifeline South Coast
Lifeline South Coast came to us to redesign their website to be in line with the current Australia wide Lifeline branding. They were also looking for custom functionality for events, a shop and a provider search for training types within certain parameters. The website functionality also needed to incorporate custom shipping for digital and physical products and streamline ticket sales with their online store.
This project required user experience and user flows to be created so that we could best design the website for the end-user. We utilised WordPress as well as custom integrations with events tickets sales in Woocommerce, which Webics achieved by integrating the two into the one checkout process. Webics also created the “gatekeeper training” provider search. This works like a real-time shop filter, allowing the user to select and deselect from their parameters to return results matching their criteria. As there were multiple providers per training type, this needed to have multiple relations for each provider so that the results were easily understood and read.
