According to a new Google Business Profile Insights Study: 

5% of Google Business Profile listing views result in a website click, call, or direction request

Sound Low? It’s not. Not only is the conversion rate increasing year on year, but for the average business, 5% translates to 59 actions per month. The Google Business Profile Study explored listings from different countries and different industries, including 3,857 located in Australia.

As mentioned above, the average business receives 59 customer actions per month from their listing. Interestingly, Australian businesses received the highest number of monthly actions, a median of 67, out of all the countries studied (including the US, Canada and the UK).
